Understanding the vision
Our first step is understanding the vision of the client and what they wish to achieve with their event as this influences every decision that the event producer will make when designing the concepts and elements within an event.
Collecting Ideas and Evaluating Constraints
In some scenarios, clients might not have predetermined ideas of what they want their event to look like and give us a blank canvas for us to create from.
However, if a client does have ideas about what they wish to do with their event, we will take these ideas on board and try and incorporate them into the grand vision of the event while taking into consideration target audience and branding.
In this moment we will evaluate any constraints such as timeline, 3rd party stakeholders and venue requirements to understand when and how our tasks have to be completed.
