Sexual Discrimination Policy

Policy Statement:
Arcadia Agency is committed to providing a work environment that is free from sexual
discrimination. We value the diversity of our employees, contractors and clients. We recognize
that a respectful and inclusive workplace is essential for the well-being and success of
everyone. Sexual discrimination in any form will not be tolerated, and appropriate action will be
taken to address any instances that occur within our organization.

Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, clients, visitors, and any other individuals
associated with Arcadia Agency. It covers all work-related activities, including interactions within the
workplace, business trips, company events, and any other situations where individuals are
representing or acting on behalf of the organization.

Prohibited Conduct:
Sexual discrimination is strictly prohibited within our organization. This includes, but is not
limited to, the following behaviors:

  1. Sexual Harassment: Unwanted or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual
favors, or any other verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that
creates a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.
  2. Gender-Based Discrimination: Treating individuals unfairly or making
employment-related decisions based on their gender, including hiring, promotion,
    compensation, assignments, or termination.
  3. Stereotyping and Offensive Comments: Making derogatory or offensive remarks or jokes
based on an individual’s gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation, which contribute
    to a hostile work environment.
  4. Retaliation: Retaliating against any individual who reports or participates in an
investigation of sexual discrimination, including harassment or discrimination complaints.
    Reporting Procedure:
Arcadia Agency encourages all employees to promptly report any incidents of sexual
discrimination. Employees should report such incidents to their supervisor, manager, human
resources department, or any designated person or department responsible for handling
complaints. Alternative reporting channels should be provided to ensure employees have
    multiple options to come forward.

Investigation and Action:
All reports of sexual discrimination will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. The
organization will ensure that investigations are conducted in a fair, impartial, and confidential
manner, respecting the privacy and rights of all parties involved. Appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination, will be taken against individuals found to have engaged in sexual discrimination.

Confidentiality:
Arcadia Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals involved
in any complaint or investigation related to sexual discrimination. Information will be shared on a
need-to-know basis to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action. Retaliation
against individuals involved in good faith reports or investigations is strictly prohibited.

Training and Awareness:
To foster a culture of respect and prevent sexual discrimination, Arcadia Agency will provide
regular training and awareness programs to employees. These initiatives will aim to educate
employees about their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining a
discrimination-free workplace.

Review and Revision:
This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with any
changes in applicable laws or regulations. Updates may be made as necessary, and employees
will be notified of any changes to this policy.
