2.3. Human Resources: The Human Resources department will play a key role in implementing
this policy, providing guidance, training, and support to employees, and handling any complaints
or concerns related to equality and diversity.

Implementation
3.1. Recruitment and Selection: We will ensure that our recruitment and selection processes are
fair, transparent, and unbiased, based on merit and relevant qualifications. We will actively
promote diversity and encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
3.2. Training and Awareness: We will provide regular training and awareness programs on
equality, diversity, and unconscious bias to enhance understanding, promote inclusivity, and
prevent discriminatory behavior.
3.3. Reporting and Complaints: We will establish clear procedures for reporting incidents of
